Childrens Swimming Lessons in Dublin
Suitable for school age children, the Total Fitness Swim Scheme, based on the ASA National Teaching Plan takes non swimmers and gives them proficiency in 4 strokes as well as an understanding of water safety.
Adult and Child Swimming Lessons in Dublin
Free to all of our Dublin health club members, our adult and child sessions provide an introduction to water confidence and basic swimming skills in a fun environment.
Total Technique Swimming Lessons in Dublin
Held once per week as a 12-month rolling programme of swimming technique sessions, Total Technique covers all strokes and many advanced swimming skills.
Adult Swimming Lessons in Dublin
For beginners or intermediate swimmers, our adult swimming lessons are aimed at those who can already swim but want to improve and learn new strokes. These swimming lessons are fun, enjoyable and designed to allow the individual to work at his/her own pace.
1 to1 Swimming Lessons in Dublin
For those who would feel more comfortable in a 1 on 1 situation, as opposed to learning in a group, our 1 to1 swimming lessons can help swimmers to develop a particular skill or achieve their own swimming goals.
