Swimming Lessons

Swimming lessons are available at each of our Total Fitness gyms in Dublin.

Whether you are young or old we will have swimming lessons to suit you, we also run one to one swimming lessons should you prefer to learn on your own.

Children's Swimming Lessons

The children's swimming lessons available at Total Fitness are suitable for children of school age and are perfect for non swimmers as well as swimmers. In addition to our regular swimming lessons we also have adult and child sessions designed to help you feel comfortable in the water with your child and dolphin sessions, aimed at children younger than school age.

Adult Swimming Lessons

It is never too old to learn to swim and even if you've tried adult swimming lessons before and they haven't worked you should still consider enrolling on the Total Fitness swimming lessons. Our beginner swimming lessons are designed to improve your confidence in the water and get you swimming on your own. We also offer swimming lessons for adult who can swim but would like to improve on their current swimming technique or if they want to learn new strokes.

One to One Swimming Lessons

We have devised our one to one swimming lessons are ideal if: -

  • You prefer to learn on a one to one basis
  • You have tried other types of swimming lessons but haven't had any luck
  • You would like to learn something which you don’t think is possible in a group
  • You prefer a more intense type of swimming lesson

Some people struggle when taking part in regular swimming lessons so by attending one to one swimming lessons you will be the primary focus for the instructor so you may have a better chance of succeeding.

In addition to swimming lessons Total Fitness run Total Swim sessions which are a programme of colour coded cards to help you get a complete workout while in the water.
