All Total Fitness memberships offer you as standard a health check, starter programme and follow up programmes whenever you wish to help you achieve your fitness goals.For those of you who wish to purchase additional fitness training all our gyms have personal training available at times to suit you. Personal training will help you stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals quicker and with more certainty.

Swimming lessons are available for all our members, group swimming lessons and 1-1 swimming lessons are available to book for adults and children. Membership of the gym is essential for you to be able to have swimming lessons at Total Fitness.

Our retail shop areas will provide you with great opportunities to buy a great range fitness clothing, swimming costumes, swimming goggles and equipment, gym essentials, weight gain and weight loss drinks supplements and much more to ensure you get everything you need to use the gym and fitness facilities.
